Randall Loop: Formulating the foundation for ABFA

Hi all, I have begun to formulate a proposal to a youth non-profit to host a freestyle association as one of it's programs. Ron Stebenne one of my best freestyle friends and skate promoter is advising me. Here is snip of the proposal. I am happy to receive feedback. What would you all enjoy having created?

The purpose of this proposal is to ask ____ to be a program host for a series of bicycle freestyle festivals and jam competitions. The bicycle freestyle association will be call the American Bicycle Freestyle Association. These activities would begin in Ohio and then spread around the United States.

The goal of the American Bicycle Freestyle Association sanctioned events will be to provide organized, safe, fun, healthy, social, educational and jam competative festival like experiences with a strong positive mentoring component. The program activities will be conducted in compliance with all applicable Federal laws, rules, and regulations including Civil Rights and all laws governing non-profit activities.

Other styled events may occur on a collaborative basis with other organizations, promoters and sports as the opportunities arise.
